Horseriding with 75esima Avventura: Half Lease
75esima Avventura has certain lesson horses available for lease. These horses are available only to students agreeing to participate in our lesson program. The leasing agreement is a monthly contract, with 7.5 hours per month of visiting time pre-arranged at the start of the lease. Included in the 7.5 hours are 4.5 hours of lesson / riding time per month or 6 hours of lesson / riding time. These hours are scheduled on specific days at specific times which are fixed in advance for the following month.

6 lesson/riding hours per month € 129
Rules of the Lease

Individuals must take part in the lesson program.

Only the individual leasing the horse is allowed to ride the horse outside of lesson time.

Individuals may not leave the lesson ring without an instructor accompanying them.

Monthly payment of the lease is due by the 5th of each month

The lease will be terminated if payment is not received within 7 days of the date due

Riding hours must be pre-arranged for the entire month period.

Individuals are responsible for cleaning up after their horse. This includes the grooming area, lesson ring and walkways.

75esima Avventura reserves the right to discontinue any lease agreement at any time with reimbursement. A few examples of reasons for discontinuing a lease include: illness/injury to the horse, riding beyond your scheduled horse, undesirable treatment of horse or equipment, failure to return equipment to tack room neatly.
Visiting time means:
The gates are open to individuals leasing an animal and are guaranteed the animal will be there and not in use.
Lesson/Riding time means:
Individuals will be supervised by an instructor
Students will be instructed in aspects of horse care, including grooming, tacking and barn chores
Students will receive lessons in the maneggio and, when able or is appropriate, may trail ride with an instructor.
Our students not only learn to be safe and confident riders, they also learn all aspects of horse care, including grooming, tacking and barn chores.
Lessons are also available to the general public.
